PURPOSE:To enhance the utilization efficiency of appliance throughout the year and at the same time eliminate the need of supplementary heat source by a structure wherein the series circuit comprising the water-to-refrigerant heat exchanger of a hot water storage tank and a solenoid valve is connected through a selector valve (three-way valve) in parallel to an indoor heat exchanger and at the same time a solar heat collector is connected in parallel to an outdoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A water-to-refrigerant heat exchanger 9 and a solenoid valve connected in series with each other connect the delivery port (c) of a three-way valve 17 provided between a compressor 1 and a four-way valve 2 with the midway between an indoor heat exchanger 3 and an expansion valve 5. Further, a bypass piping 20, in which a solenoid valve 19 is interposed, connects the midway of the water-to-refrigerant heat exchanger 9 and the solenoid valve 18 with the midway between the expansion valve 5 and an outdoor heat exchanger 6. In addition, a solenoid valve 21 is provided in the refrigerant inflowing side of a solar heat collector 15 connected in parallel with the outdoor heat exchanger 6. Furthermore, a solenoid valve 22 is provided between the expansion valve 5 and the outdoor heat exchanger 6. |
