PURPOSE:To supply separately works by each piece and to transfer surely the works by each piece by providing a work separating mechanism between a continuous work supply part and track type transfer mechanism of an automatic soldering device. CONSTITUTION:The work separating mechanism 45 which transfers the works 27 along guide members 67, 68 by the air ejected from an air jet hole 71 is provided between the continuous work supply part 42 and the track type transfer mechanism 11 and therefore the works 27 can be separately supplied by each piece to the mechanism 11 by the mechanism 45 and the possibility of the jam, etc. of the works 27 in a track 17 can be dealt with in the stage of work supply. The possibility of the bounce back of the work by reaction when the work 27 blown by the air ejected from the hole 71 collides against transfer pins 23 is prevented by the air ejected from an air nozzle 73 just before a pin insertion part 70. The sure engagement of the succeeding pins with the rear end of the work is thus made possible and the feed of the works by each piece is made sure. |
