PURPOSE:To prevent a damage to parts and an accident such as a failure in operation and to perform normal operation by allowing a catcher mechanism to perform unloading operation only when a detection switch does not detect the lid of an inserted case even with a disk loaded. CONSTITUTION:When an empty case 2 is inserted along groove parts of sleeve guides 12 and 13 of an opening mechanism 5, the opening part of the case 2 is spread upward and downward and the lateral projection piece of an opening chassis 11 moves in to engage the tip part 27b of a sleeve lock lever 27 with the engagement hole 2b of the case 2. Simultaneously, the front end of the case 2 abuts on read stage parts of the guides 12 and 13 to inhibit the insertion, and the sleeve detection switch 141 operates before the inhibition; and a detection lever 132 on the chassis 11 does not press because the case 2 has no lid and a lid detection switch 133, therefore, does not operate. Thus, the switch 133 is held off when the switch 141 is in operation, and a driving motor rotates counterclockwise to unload the disk. |
