PURPOSE:To execute a thermometry by drawing out easily only a cord and a thermometric probe in a state that the cover of a case is opened, by providing a thermometer body fixed to the inner bottom face of a compact type case, a thermometric probe provided on the tip of a cord, and a lock release button for opening the cover, etc. CONSTITUTION:A women's thermometer, or the like is constituted with a thermometer body 3 fixed to the inner bottom face of nearly the center part of a compact type case 1, and a thermometric probe bent in an L-shape roughly and connected integrally to the tip of a cord 4, etc. In this state, when a lock release button 8 is pressed, the tapered surface of the release button 8 abuts the tapered surface of a detaining claw 9, the engagement of the detaining end of the detaining claw 9 and the engaging part of the case 1 is detached, and a cover 2 is positioned in a little opened state. When the release button 8 is further pressed, the tapered surface abuts the thermometric probe 5, and the probe 5 which is fixed between a probe supporting part 6 and detaining claws 7a, 7b pops up and can be taken out easily with fingers. |
