PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic, obtained by incorporating an oil-soluble resin with cosmetic powder and oily component in a specific proportion, having improved powder binding property, oil binding property, excellent feeling of use and makeup durability after makeup, and further improved temperature resistance and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION:A makeup cosmetic containing (A) 1-90wt% oily component, e.g. various oils, fat or oil or wax, etc., (B) 3-98wt% cosmetic powder and/or pigment and (C) 1-30wt% oil-soluble resin selected from petroleum resin, coumarone-indene resin, terpene resin and hydrogenate hydrocarbon resin, etc., particularly alicyclic petroleum resin or hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin. The amount of the component (C) to be incorporated is sufficiently 1-5wt% in case the component (B) has high powder binding property, e.g. talc or inorganic pigment. Conversely, when the powder binding property is low, e.g. titanium mica or pearlescent pigment, the amount of the component (C) to be incorporated of 10-30wt% is required. |
