PURPOSE:To provide a non-solvent type urethane resin paint composition having excellent durability, corrosion resistance, coverability, definition and drying rate, which is composed mainly of a castor oil, a specific polyol, a xylene resin and a smoothing agent. CONSTITUTION:A desired urethane resin paint composition can be prepared by blending (A) a main component comprising (i) 30-85wt.% castor oil, (ii) 3-40wt.% polyol having a hydroxyl value of 300-1000 and a number-average molecular weight of 600 or less which is produced by reacting a monoamine or diamine with propylene or propylene oxide, (iii) 5-40wt.% of a xylene resin and (iv) 1-50wt.% smoothing agent and (B) a curing agent component compris ing a polyisocyanate in the following equivalent retio. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group contained in the curing agent component to the hydroxyl group contained in the main component (NCO/OH) is 0.9-1.6/1.0.
