PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive sensor by bending and holding the rear end of a lead wire whose tip is connected to a temperature sensing element. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensing element 10 is constituted by forming electrode films 12a, 12b on the surface and the rear side of a plate-shaped ceramic 11 with a vacuum vapor-deposition, etc. On these electrode films, 12a, 12b, respectively, tips 21a, 21b of two lead wires 20a, 20b are positioned, and also covered with two holding sheets 13a, 13b. The respective rear ends 22a, 22b of the lead wires 20a, 20b are held between two holding sheets 30 in the same way as the holding sheets 13a, 13b of the tip parts, and also exposed and bent on one surface of the holding sheet 30. Holding by this holding sheet 30 is constituted so that the two lead wires 20a, 20b are roughly parallel and not short-circuited, and also the positioning of the connector of a thermometer body is executed easily. |
