MULTI-ROLLER

摘要

A multi-roller consists of a driving roller, two medium rollers and three pressing rollers. A center pressing roller(4b) supports simultaneously two medium rollers(3a)(3b). Two side pressing rollers(4a)(4c) support two medium rollers(3a)(3b) respectively. The diameter ratio of a center pressing roller(4b) and a side pressing roller is 0.4 - 0.6. (D4/D3 = 0.4 - 0.6). The diameters of three pressing rollers(4a)(4b)(4c) are changed with the rolling loads. The adjustment of the diameters of three pressing rollers(4a)(4b)(4c) improves the movement of the bearings.
