PURPOSE:To load immediately information signals of programs, data, etc. by using a means which transfers the digital information signal outputted from an analog/digital converting circuit to a memory. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converting circuit 43 gives the A/D conversion to a video signal part in an analog video signal, i.e., a part where the information signal is encoded. Then the circuit 43 converts the analog information signal into the parallel digital information signals which are treated by an information processor. A DMA controller 48 stores the digital information signals in a prescribed memory area of a RAM 45. Then the information processor reads the information signals, i.e., the programs and data out of the RAM45 and performs the prescribed information processing.
