PURPOSE:To prevent contact between a case and a crystal vibration chip and to absorb shock by providing a projection of a buffer member made of an insulator near an electrode lead connection part of the crystal vibrating chip and a connection part of a support in common use for holding. CONSTITUTION:The support 3 is held mechanically with the electrode lead connection 2 of the crystal vibrating chip 1 and bonded with a conductive adhesives 4. a projection of a stylus or conical buffer made of an insulator is provided in the range from the vicinity of the conductive adhesives 4 to the tip of the support 3. The crystal chip 1 and the support 3 incorporated together are stored in the inside of the case 6 and the result is sealed air-tightly.
