PURPOSE:To obtain the titled laminate with outstanding heat resistance, drilling processability and dimensional stability, by applying base material with resin varnish prepared by incorporating epoxy resin with aluminum hydroxide with its surface layer transformed from gypsite type to boehmite type. CONSTITUTION:The objective laminate can be obtained by lapping specified number of layers of prepreg made by applying on base material with a resin vernish prepared by incorporating (A) 100pts by wt of an epoxy resin with (B) 25-100pts by wt of aluminum oxide with apparent mole number of bound water pre molecule being 2-2.7, derived from transformation of the surface layer of the particles or powder from gypsite type to boehmite type to dryness followed by heating under pressure.
