<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a local cell between metals and the propagation of corrosion by providing melt injected metal between a surface formation metal and a mother electric conductor in the manufacture of an electric-car line for a new traffic system. CONSTITUTION:When a cell has been formed between a surface formation metal 1 consisting of stainless steel having an approximately U-shape cross section and a mother electric conductor 3 consisting of aluminium, the latter 3 comes to constitute a positive electrode and the former 1 a negative electrode, respectively. And, a certain metal 5 is deposited on the surface formation metal 1 constituting a negative electrode, by using a melt injection method. As a metal for melt injection, the same metal as the mother electric conductor 3 constituting the positive electrode, namely aluminium is selected or a metal having intermediate potential between the aforesaid metals 1 and 3, for example, tin is selected. In this way, the surface formation metal 1 having a melt injected metal 5 is positioned on the mother electric conductor 3 and then the crest part 4 of the said conductor 3 is caulked, thereby forming a complex rigid electric-car line.</p> |
