PURPOSE:To form a surface coating layer contg. fine particles dispersed uniformly in the matrix structure by coating the surfaces of fine particles to be dispersed with a material forming a matrix structure, coating the surface of a member to be coated with a coating material contg. the coated line particles as the principal component, and applying high density energy. CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of fine particles to be dispersed are coated with a material forming a matrix structure to prepare coated fine particles. The surface of a member to be coated is coated with a coating material contg. the coated fine particles as the principal component, and the member is heated by applying high density energy such as laser beams, TIG arc, plasma arc or electron beams. Thus, a surface coating layer contg. fine particles dispersed uniformly in the matrix structure is formed. |
