PURPOSE:To enable the mounting of two detectors without imparing the post- mounting accuracy, by providing a pair of screw members screwed with a second member and a retaining member which will be mounted in such a manner as to oscillate in a fixed range with the flattened tip thereof. CONSTITUTION:Screw members 28 and 29 which are formed in a bolt are aligned in the direction perpendicular to retaining plate 26 and screwed with a pair of erection parts 23A and 23B as opposed to each other on a shaft 27. The screw members 28 and 29 are arranged to free to advance and retract along the shaft 27 and the erection parts 23A and 23B have a freedom along the surface of the retaining plate 26. With such an arrangement, the plane 23A of a retaining member 32 mounted at the tips of the screw members 28 and 29 has a 3-D freedom with respect to the retaining plate 26. First and second detection bodies 22 and 24 can be mounted without imparing the accuracy after the mounting. |
