PURPOSE:To feed a foundation improver material stably and efficiently while preventing the hull from rocking, by attaching an improver material feed leader to the foundation rockably in an opening part of the plane sight rectangular- form hull, while rocking it at the specified water area, and engaging a tip spud with the bottom of the water. CONSTITUTION:An improver material feed leader 4' is attached to a central opening part of a plane sight rectangular-form hull 3' free of rocking motion by a bearing 18. The leader 4' is moved up to the specified working water area in horizontality, and the hull 3' is moored with a mooring rope 48 at the working water area, while the leader 4' is rocked, driving a tip spud 41 in to the bottom of the water, and engaged tight at the specified position. Feed of foundation improver materials including powder cement, etc., takes place via the leader 4'. Engagement of the hull during operation is carried out with certainty, thus the improver material is efficiently feedable in a stable state.
