PURPOSE:To increase the service area of a slave station by changing the normal connection sequence between a master station and slave station by means of a master station number request signal and a master station number signal. CONSTITUTION:When a slave station transmits signals at a place outside the service area of the corresponding master station, the slave station transmits first a signal 1 (master station number request signal) for request the number a nearby master station. Receiving the signal 1, the master station transmits a master station number signal 2 with a delay of time t1. The slave station selects the maximum electric field among master station number signals 2 and 2' so far received when the time t2 passed from transmission of the signal 1. Then the slave station transmits a connection request signal 3 by means of the master station number. The designated master station sends a reception number 4 to prepare for connection with an exchange. The slave station receives the signal 4 and transmits a dial signal 5. While the master station turns on 6 a loop to the exchange at a time point when the signal 5 is received and then transmits a dial signal 7 for connection to an ordinary telephone set. |
