PURPOSE:To automatically remove the burrs on the curved surface of a molded article by pressing, for tracing, a head equipped with a cutter onto the part of a molded article from which burrs are to be removed, through a link installed onto a rack base shifting along the molded article. CONSTITUTION:A rack base 11 is shifted and set at the position where the corner part 13a of a link 13 is projected at right angles to a pallet P side, and a head 16 is positioned at a prescribed position of the pallet P. Then, the link 13 is turned by an air cylinder 15, and the guide rollers 19a, 19b, 20a, and 20b of the head 16 are pressed onto the forward side-wall of the pallet P by a prescribed force. At the same time, also an air cylinder 23 is operated to secure the position for the link 13 of the head 16 and to resist the gringing resistance. In this state, the rack base 11 is shifted along the molded article. Therefore, the pivotal installation part 14 is shifted in the direction 27 of arrow, and the burrs on a curved surface can be removed. |
