PURPOSE:To attain fine adjustment of sound image by applying a clock signal to an analog delay circuit comprising a CCD connected in cascade separately to both left/right channels of a stereo equipment while changing the frequency from an oscillator to make the phase difference variable. CONSTITUTION:A sound input 1 of each left/right channel is subjected to amplification 2, high-pass / band pass / low-pass processing are applied by filters 3a-3c, and the signal is divided into three frequency bands. Each frequency band is subjected separately to variable analog delay processing 4a-4c, and the resultant signal drives a tweeter 7a, a squaker 7a and a woofer 7c by using driver amplifiers 6a-6c via buffer amplifiers 5a-5c. In the variable analog delay circuits 4a-4c, the delay time is adjusted by using the CCD an variable frequency clock oscillating circuits 4a'-4c' to change the capacitance C or the resistance R. The phase difference of the sound amplifier is corrected or emphasized. Thus, the direction of sound image is made variable to attain fine sound image adjustment. |
