A transparent tubular circuit for a phosphorescent or fluorescent element to manoeuvre in has an air compressor moving the element and a valve to control its speed and motion. The circuit can be used to attract attention to an advertisement. The element is pref. a ball of expanded pigmented polystyrene, and the circuit is pref. of flexible plastic. The circuit pref. includes light sensitive cells which operate a counter, an audible signal, or an electronic flash when they detect the element. (12pp Dwg.No.6/6)
