A layer (22) of a two-component adhesive is applied to the layer of concrete (23) and on this layer (22) there lies a layer of stone (21). The layer of adhesive (22) is spread onto the wet concrete, that is to say "fresh on fresh". Such base plates (20) can be put together to form a register, which takes the place and function of a roof register coupled to a register laid under ground, which in many places is not allowed. <IMAGE>
