<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a local cell and ensure excellent corrosion resistance by closely fitting a metal of the same kind as a mother electric conductor to the surface of a surface formation metal contacting the mother electric conductor in the manufacture of an electric-car line for a new traffic system. CONSTITUTION:On a surface formation metal 1 in contact with a mother electric conductor 3 consisting of aluminium, a metal of the same kind as the said conductor 3, namely a metallic member 5 of aluminium is close fitted by the method of melt injection, press fitting, etc. Then, the surface formation metal 1 closely fitted with the metallic member 5 is placed on the aforesaid conductor 3 and its crest part is caulked, thereby obtaining a complex rigid electric-car line.</p> |
