A structure body 3 is towed to above the heads of the legs 2, water is charged into the partial independent chamber of the body 3, and the body 3 is sunk into water and set on the legs 2. Compressed air is supplied into the independent chamber not charged with water in the body 3, the legs 2 are integrated with the body 3 by clamping them by PC steel bars or PC wires, and water is drained from the body 3 to set the marine structure 1. Since the burden of the ground is relieved by utilizing the buoyancy, the ground can be simply improved. |
