PURPOSE:To improve steerability in a car so better, by impressing voltage in the level set by a car state, on an electrode plate constituting a throttle valve, while making a piston into slide motion with a pressure differential to be produced by a Winslow effect. CONSTITUTION:An electric viscous fluid due to operating of a hydraulic pump 74 is fed to the inside of a hydraulic cylinder 50 which is partitioned into plural pressure chambers 62, 64, 66, 68 and 70 by throttle valves 54, 56, 58 and 60. Therefore, when voltage is impressed on any of electrode plates of these throttle valves 54-60, there is produced a pressure differential due to a Winslow effect between the electrode plate impressed and that not impressed. Therefore, with this pressure differential, a rod 52 is made possible to do slide motion in both directions. |
