PURPOSE:To form a bonding agent layer without bubbles by executing the heating so that the panel temperature changes low to high as it goes to the upper part from the lower part at the time of bonding the non-reflective coating panel to the external surface of face plate. CONSTITUTION:A non-reflective coating panels 13 are arranged with the spcificed interval to the external surface of face plate 12 of the cathode-ray tube 11, and the external circumference is sealed with a tape 14. Thereafter, the gap is then filled with a theremosetting bonding agent 15 such as polyester resin. The device is then place within a heating furnace such as the curing furnace. A near heater 171 is arranged to the lower side 161 of panel 13, a far heater 172 is arranged at the center 162 and a further heater 173 is arranged to the upper side 163. These heaters are used for heating the device so that temperature becomes lower as it goes to the upper side from the lower side. Thereby, the bonding agent 15 is hardened. Accordingly, bubbles move upward and are finally removed and high quality picture can be obtained. |
