<p>PURPOSE:To improve precise operation by arranging a control magnet member on a driving gear. CONSTITUTION:The brake controlling magnet member 45 is arranged oppositely to the 1st and 2nd gears 33, 40 for driving rotation so that the brake of the turning force is controlled by the magnetic force of the magnet member 45. Consequently, the constitution of the device can be simplified, the number of constitutional parts can be reduced as small as possible and the size can be effectively reduced. Thus, the size can be reduced and the precise braking operation can be improved.</p> |
