PURPOSE:To eliminate a flexible shaft and a limit switch by intermittently exciting an electromagnet by the output of a half-wave rectifier for rectifying the output of an inverter. CONSTITUTION:Power from an AC power source 20 is converted to the desired frequency by an inverter 21, and then rectified by half-wave rectifiers 22a, 22b in reverse polarity. Negative side half-wave output from the rectifier 22a is supplied to an electromagnet 23a, and positive side half-wave output from the rectifier 22b is supplied to an electromagnet 23b. These electromagnets 23a, 23b are disposed axially of a cylinder 24 made of a nonmagnetic material. A magnetic unit 25 is movably supported in the cylinder 24, and when the electromagnets 23a, 23b are alternately excited, it is reciprocated by the magnetic force. |
