PURPOSE:To improve mass-productivity or reliability by forming a groove for penetrating adhesives on the junction surface of one core block, and under the butted state of both the core blocks, penetrating the welding adhesives into the penetrating groove to adhere the core blocks. CONSTITUTION:The formation pitches of rectangular grooves 40 formed on the adhering back 42 of the 1st core block 22 are set up to that of R/W magnetic gaps 25 and comb-like cut residual parts 42 are arranged correspondingly to glasses protecting the R/W magnetic gaps adhering the I-shaped 1st core block to the C-shaped 2nd core block 23. The projected ends of the cut residual parts 42 are abutted upon the back of the 2nd core block 28. The leg end part 43' of the penetrating grooves 40 and a core junction body 43 forming fine gaps 40' by the 2nd core block 28 is slightly dipped in a heat fused glass tank 44' and the fused glass 44 is sucked into the fine gaps 40' by capillarity to adhere both the core blocks. |
