PURPOSE:To easily assemble and to precisely position by fixing a ferrite core through inserting a fixing pin after providing one part of the ferrite core with a through hole for penetrating a fixing pin, and providing another part of the ferrite core with a insertion hole for pressing-in an end of the fixing pin. CONSTITUTION:As a through hole 6 for a fixing pin is provided in an I type core 2, and a fixing pin inserting hole 7 is provided in an E type core 3, after a coil 4 wound on a bobbin 5 is inserted into the E type core 3, and the I type cores 2 are supperposed one upon another, a fixing pin 1 is passed through the through hole 6, and then is pressed into the inserting hole 7. At this time, a diameter of the through hole 7 is made smaller than that of the through hole 6, though a fixing pin 1 is easily passed through the through hole 6, a bulge 11 of an end of the fixing pin 1 is pressed into the inserting hole 7 of the E type core 3. As the result, the I type core 2 and the E type core 3 are tightly fixed with each other. Therefore, a joint position regulation of a core joint surface is facilitated, a dispersion can be within a range of dispersion of parts, and at the same time joint fixing is facilitated. |
