PURPOSE:To allow a gate to fall down exactly by a method in which the first and second automatic parts are connected to the first and second input gears of a differential gear part, and an output gear is connected to a gate rotatably set on river bed through a winding wire. CONSTITUTION:The first automatic part R is connected to the first input gear 103 of a differential gear part 10, and the second automatic part S is connected to the second input gear 104. When water level rises up to working water level H1 of the automatic part R, a float 19 goes up and a stopper 17 is separated from a ratchet gear 16. The gear 16 is then allowed to turn toward the falling direction (b) of the gate, a wire 5 is rewound to the direction of arrows, and the gate 1 is fallen down on the river bed 2 by turning a hinge 3 clockwise. In case where the gate 1 is not fallen down due to a trouble, and the water level rises further up to the working level of the automatic part S, the float 28 goes up, the stopper 26 is separated from the ratchet gear 25, and the gate 1 is likewise fallen down. |
