PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a surface treated film when a pinhole test is implemented, by providing respective buffer material on opposed surfaces of champing boards arranged to face each other vertically while electrodes are arranged at a part of the opposed surfaces of the buffer material in such a manner as to be shifted in the position. CONSTITUTION:An positive electrode 11 is set at the center of a buffer material 13 applied on a lower clamping board 12. On the other hand, a negative electrode 14 is arranged on the left side of the buffer material 16 applied on the upper clamping board 15 at a specified position shifted from the former one. This eliminates contact between the electrodes 11 and 14 when the clamping board 12 and 15 are put together and the breakage of the surface-treated film can be prevented when a pinhole test is implemented. |
