PURPOSE:To alleviate the load of a microcomputer by forming ON/OFF control signal of switching means by a logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:An instructing unit 1 outputs C1-C4 as rotating speed designation signals, and D as a rotating direction designation signal. A D/A converter 2 outputs a voltage in response to the rotating speed and the designation of the direction to an error amplifier 9. On the other hand, the output of detecting means 7 is connected through the first switching means 3 or through a frequency converter 5 and the second switching means 4 with the amplifier 9. A logic circuit 10 inputs signals C1-C4 of designating the rotating speed, turns ON the means 3 and OFF the means 4 when the rotating speed designates 0 and OFF the means 1 and ON the means 4 when the rotating speed designates except 0. |
