<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a quality laminated sheet free from bubbles therein, by constituting a slit by opposing two static curved surfaces, and each guide by a static curved surface. CONSTITUTION:While being guided by guide roles 2, resin-impregnated bases 1a, 1b, 1c are passed through a slit 4, then as the guide rolls 2 and squeeze rolls 3, 3 are static, the sliding resistance between the circumferential surface of each roll and each resin-impregnated base becomes high, and therefore the excess resin of each resin-impregnated base is scraped by the circumferential surface of each roll thereby forming a resin pool 6 between each roll and each resin-impregnated base, which closes the gap between each roll and each resin- impregnated base to prevent air from intruding into the gap, so that bubbles that are otherwise generated when each resin-impregnated base passes through each guide roll and each squeeze roll can be ovbiated.</p> |
