PURPOSE:To adjust difference in refractive indices between the main agent and bridge agent which form the bonding agent and obtain high quality picture by defining the refractive index of the bonding agent for bonding non-reflective transparent plate to the face plate. CONSTITUTION:The bonding agent 3' for bonding the non-reflective transparent plate 4 to the face plate 2 of CRT contains the unsaturated polyester main chain of about 65wt%, stylene of about 25wt% and unsaturated ester of about 10wt% and contents of these are adequately selected to the overall refractive index of he bonding agent 3' is set within the range of 1.48-1.53. Namely, when the refractive index of bonding agent 3' becomes lower than 1.48, the bonding agent 3' changes to milky-white in color and moreover when the refractive index exceeds 1.53, the sparcle is generated. Thereby, generation of sparcle can be prevented and high quality picture can be obtained. |
