PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive word processor capable of corresponding to even to printing to paper having any size in spite of a small structure, by providing a means for fixing a printing head, a means for sending tape like printer paper to the longitudinal direction and a means for cutting the paper into an indicated length. CONSTITUTION:A printing head corresponding to one character is fixed in the output part of a word processor and tape like printer paper 1 is moved by a tape feed mechanism 9 to perform the printing only of one line while a means for automatically cutting the tape like printer paper 1 and a means for arbitrarily setting a cutting length are provided and the cut tape like papers are successively fixed to plane paper 8 having a necessary size while the leading ends thereof are aligned. By this mechanism, a sentence can be formed to paper having an arbitrary size in spite of a small sized word processor. |
