PURPOSE:To obtain a small and light wt. apparatus fitted to partial painting, by connecting the shirt part adapted to a painting surface to a curing catalyst vapor generation chamber by a flexible connection pipe divided into two passages in the longitudinal direction by the diaphragm provided therein. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus main body mounted on a truck T is allowed to approach an object P1 to be painted and compressed air is blown into the curing catalyst in a storage tank 6 from a pipeline 10 to generate ammonia or amine vapor through a sprayer 6b. A surface P2 is covered with a skirt part 1 and, at the same time, blowers 5a, 5b and a temp. regulator 8 are operated. By this method, the catalyst vapor generated in a vapor generation part 6 is regulated to predetermined temp. and recirculated from one chamber 4a through the route of one passage 2a of a flexible connection pipe 2 skirt part 1 other passage 2b other chamber 4b one chamber 4a to cure the isocyanate type paint composition forming the painting surface P2.
