PURPOSE:To improve the processing ability of a central control unit by using the processing idle space of the central control unit by the periodical activating program of a low priority. CONSTITUTION:When a clock interruption is inputted, an execution control program M is executed from a top address. First the value (m) of an activation timer 21 is added, and then the value (a) of a load ratio 24 is read out to decide an activation time table. Next, the value (m) of the activation timer 21 is added to the top address of the activating time table, and bits b1-bn to be processed in a current period and an activation top address on an activation jump table 23 are read out. By the activation top address an operation jumps any of programs P1-Pn. When the processing of the activated periodical program is terminated, the top address of the execution control program is called and the next processing step is executed.
