Molten thermosetting resin tape (B) extruded from outside dies(2) is fed in an inclined position around a cylindrical rotary shaft(1) which has spiral projected strip(6) at one end side of periphery. After enrolling tapes to overlap previously enrolled tape, the outside pipe is formed by cooling. Molten thermosetting resin tapes(B) extruded from the inside dies(1) are fed in an inclined position to the end side of the fancy cylindrical rotary shaft(1) and are spirally overlapped around the previously enrolled tape. Outside pipe(A) thus made is introduced over inside pipe(B) to laminate. Or inside pipe(B) in a soft state is fitted inside the convex surface of outside pipe(A) and press rolled(11) for curing.
