The invention relates to a device consisting of a laser (1) and a light guide (2) for intracorporeal laser radiation, in particular for ablation of tissues or of deposits on tissues, in which the light guide and the essentially purely mechanical coupling piece (2.1) can either easily be sterilized after each application or are produced so inexpensively that they can be used economically as disposable instruments.
