PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a mechanism for moving a paper in the width direction to adjust the lateral position of the paper and simplify construction, by fitting a manual insertion port body to a casing so that it can be freely turned and be freely fixed at an arbitrary position between an upright position and a levelled position. CONSTITUTION:When the manual insertion port body 13 is set upright, it is maintained in a stable condition by the friction between a hinge piece 30 and a member for supporting the same. A paper inserted through the second paper- inserting port 15 under this condition is necessarily aligned in a fixed manner by a reference surface 16. When the body 13 is turned to the leveled position, it is supported by a support part 35, and a releasing body 34 pushes up a projected piece 29 to retract a stopper piece 28 upward from an outlet port 27. In addition, a feeding roller 33 feeds the paper 20 to the outer periphery of a photosensitive body 1 while clamping the paper 20 by cooperating with a leaf spring 22. Accordingly, by setting the body 13 upright, inserting the paper 20 and levelling the body 13, it is made possible to securely adjust one side of the paper 20 by the reference surface 16. |
