PURPOSE:To provide the titled void-preventing agent containing propylene glycol or glycerol as an active component, and capable of inhibiting the transfer of the air and steam in the empty board toward the contacting face of the board, thereby preventing the generation of void at the interface between the empty board and the boiled fish paste. CONSTITUTION:The objective void-preventing agent can be prepared by using propylene glycol and/or glycerol as an active component, and diluting the component with water and/or ethanol. |
