CONSTITUTION:Muscular parts and fatty parts are removed from beef block, formed, cut, roasted by an oven at 180-230 deg.C for 30-60 minutes, and the central temperature of the meat is adjusted to about 60-63 deg.C. The meat is cooled by a food cooler to normal temperature, kept in a refrigerator for 24 hours to remove blood, excess water is wiped off, the meat is treated with seasoning, packed, and kept in cold storage. The seasoning sprinkled on the surface of the meat is penetrated into the interior of the meat, to flavor it well.
