PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of interior panels for vehicles, in which the bonding process of end section of skin material is easy and the panel is easily formed by clamping, by a method wherein semi-molten plasticized resin is arranged on the skin material and/or a bottom force, thereafter, a top force is arranged thereon to clamp the top and bottom forces. CONSTITUTION:The skin material 30 is arranged on the first bottom force 2 so as to cover a forming surface and locate the end section 30A thereof at a position between bonding section 4, 14. The first bottom force 2 and the second bottom force 12 are slid and approached to press the end section 30A of the skin material 30 by the bonding sections 4, 14 of both molds. Subsequent ly, plasticized resin 50-50, extruded by the extruder of thermoplastic resin and in semi-molten plasticized condition, is arranged all over the forming surface of the second bottom force 12 and the skin material 30. The top force 22 is arranged on the plasticized resin 50-50, thus arranged, and is clamped to form the interior panel.
