PURPOSE:To make the level of both envelope signals coincident by obtaining a difference between the envelope signal having fast response subjected to automatic adjustment and the envelope signal having a slow response and feeding back the difference to an offset circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output signal of the offset circuit 11, that is, the envelope signal having fast response subjected to automatic adjustment is compared by a differential circuit 12 with the envelope signal (k) having a slow response. Then a signal corresponding to the difference between the both is fed to the offset circuit 11. When an output signal of the offset circuit 11 is larger than the envelope signal with a slow response, the difference is subtracted from the envelope signal having a slow response by the offset circuit 11. When smaller, the difference is added by the offset circuit 11. As a result, the envelope signal having a fast response whose level is coincident automatically with the envelope signal having a slow response is obtained.
