摘要 PURPOSE:To realize formation of electrodes with the screen printing method by priting electrode lines on a raw sheet and by covering the gap between the paired electrode lines and the upper surface with the material having the same composition as that of solid electrolyte which is the raw material of raw sheet. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of electrode lines 2 and lead lines 3 are formed, by the screen printing method, to the front and rear surfaces of raw sheets 1-A, 1-B formed with inclusion of a solid electrolyte ceramics, thermoplastic organic combining agent and organic plastic agent. Moreover, the upper surface and space of the groups of electrode 2, each consisting of two electrode respectively, are covered and filled with the printing ink including solid electrolyte ceramics powder by the screen printing method. Thus, an electrode protection film 4 can be formed. The frame type raw sheet 1-C is held between the sheets 1-A, 1-B. It is then pressed and bonded in order toform a hollow elongated case type oxygen gas concentration battery element. Therefore, the electrode having high reliability can be formed easily and thereby the operation life characteristic can be improved.
