PURPOSE:To transmit securely a discriminated result by renewing the memory holding action of an input signal holding means based on a response signal with respect to a discriminated output from a priority discriminating means. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of a signal inputted to a trigger terminal T, a sampling latch circuit 3 being a holding means installed at the previous stage of an encoder IC1 holds input patterns of requests 10-17. A shift register 4 is constituted of a timing generating means for updating memory held in the sampling latch circuit 3. A decoder IC2 outputs a decoded output according to a binary code outputted from the encoder IC1. |
