PURPOSE:To decrease a fixing temp. and to obtain an offset-free image by forming a resin having a good release property to a mandrel and polishing the surface thereof then reheating the surface with the temp. near the m.p. of the resin thereby manufacturing a heat roller. CONSTITUTION:The mandrel 1 is formed of aluminum, etc. to about 4mm thickness. The surface of the part to be used for fixing of the mandrel 11 is treated by sandlasting. A primer layer 12 is formed thereon by coating a primer to the surface. A surface layer 13 is formed onto the layer 12. More specifically, the granular resin of the perfluoroalkoxy group, etc. having the excellent release property to the primer is electrostatically painted on the layer 12. The layer of about 10-40mum thickness including the layer 12 is formed in this case. The coating is then baked for about 30min at about 400 deg.C and the surface layer 13 is polished. The layer 12 is further reheated for about one hour at about 300 deg.C in order to provide the effect of preventing offset thereto. |
