PURPOSE:To facilitate the transmission of a large amount of data in a lump by implementing automatically securing a reception file storage area and erasing a transmitted file based on previously given transmission file control information and file control information. CONSTITUTION:By instructions of a file transmission control program stored in a main memory device 3, a central processing unit 2 instructs a central processing unit 15 to secure a reception file through a channel device 4, a communications control processor 7, a modulator 8, a demodulator 9, a communications control processor 10 and a channel device 11, prior to file transmission. by instructions of a file transmission control program stored in a main memory device 16, the central processing unit 15 secures the memory area of the reception file required by a direct access memory device 12. When the transmission of a transmission file is terminated, the central processing unit 2 erases the transmitted file of a direct access memory device 5 while referring to transmission file control information of a direct access memory device 6. |
