PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal abrasion and the useless consumption of power due to the acceleration of a motor and the leak of oil by engaging a chain with a sprocket at the top edge of a cylinder rod and pulling and pushing a clamp at the top edge of the chain through the extension and contraction of the rod and the rightward and leftward revolution of the sprocket. CONSTITUTION:When a working cylinder 23 is extension-driven from contraction state to extension state, a pinion 37 rises and revolves leftward by the engagement with a rack 38. Therefore, also a sprocket 19 rises and revolves leftward, and the top edge side longitudinally long chain part 20 of a chain 7 is pushed- down, and the top edge side longitudinally long chain part 21 is pulled-up, and a clamp 51 connected to a chain top edge part 12 is pulled rightward. The clamp 51 is pushed-out leftward by the movement in the reverse direction. Since a hydraulic motor is not used, the abnormal abrasion due to acceleration speed is suppressed, and the useless consumption of power due to the leak of pressurized oil is prevented. Therefore, a simple apparatus having a reduced height can be obtained.
