PURPOSE:To obtain a seal which can be used for conducting interior decoration and deodrization, preventing malodor from being emitted and imparting fragrance to rooms, by laminating a synthetic resin film contg. a perfume onto paper having a printed surface and sticking a release paper on the back of the laminate through a pressure-sensitive adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A seal 2 having a surface to be printed, composed of a belt- form synthetic resin film 5 contg. a perfume and a slightly heavy-gage paper 6 bonded to the film, is wound around a reel 7. Letters, symbols, designs patterns, etc. are printed on the paper 6 bonded to the under surface 2b of the seal 2 by a printer 14 provided under the traveling passage of the seal 2. The seals and a release paper 4 are punched into the desired shape by a punching machine 15 provided on the traveling passage of the seal 2. In this way, while traveling the seal 2 composed of a laminate of the film 5 and the paper 6, the release paper 4 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied thereto is laminated to the seal 2, and further the paper 6 having letters, symbols, etc. printed thereon is punched into the desired shape by the punching machine 15, thus obtaining a fragrant seal.
