PURPOSE:To prevent saturation of the collector from taking place by connecting a circuit where a low input resistor is provided with collectors other than the collector connected to a base of a multi-output current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input resistance of a multi-output current mirror 25 acting like a load of a current mirror 26 is small and an input resistance of current mirrors 21-24 acting like loads to a current mirror 25 is also small. Thus, both the current mirror 26 and the multi-output current mirror 25 have no saturation. When saturation takes place in the current mirror 21 when I1<I2 but since the current mirror 21 is a separate current mirror from the other current mirrors 22-24, the saturation of the current mirror 21 does not give any effect on the other current mirrors 22-24. Thus, the collector saturation is prevented.
